Spotted Series: Pretty in Pink

This is 2nd in a series of spotted nail looks that you'll see in the coming days and weeks. Make sure you check back to see what comes next! 

How to get this look:

Base Layer: Two coats of hot pink polish. 

2nd Layer: Tape off the tips, and paint a layer of black (or near black).

3rd Layer: Use a toothpick to place the dots in white. 

For these medium sized dots, I clipped off the pointy end, and used a wider section of the toothpick.
