New Things Are Coming!

Change is in the air, as we like to say.

And I'm super excited to tell you a little bit about the changes coming.

But first, lets back up a bit.

I know that last month, I posted that this site will be under construction for a time and that the post type and frequency will change.

That is no longer case.

Now, let me explain.

For a while now, I've been working on a project - something that is extremely important to me and something I've wanted to do for a very long time now. I've been working on it slowly, developing it, and last month, I had planned to roll out a simplified version of it here.

Then things changed. Suddenly, my project was able to go from a thought to a reality. In the last few weeks, I've been furiously brainstorming, planning, and writing, in the hopes that I'll be able to launch by the end of this month. And right now, that deadline is looking good.

I've been going on and on, and you still don't even know what I'm talking about! I hope you're ready, because I'm so exited to tell you about it!

Introducing...

Un-Copied Life is a website/blog that is aimed toward anyone who has ever felt the pressure to to conform, anyone who has been told "this is what you should feel/think/do", anyone who has allowed someone else's thoughts become their own, and anyone who is fed up with feeding the status quo.

I created Un-Copied Life as a resource for those who are indeed fed up. In it, you will find tools and suggestions for reclaiming your life as your own, as well as a freebie for those who subscribe.

The next step

Now I know  this is the part where you want me to give you the link to it, but it's not quite time for that yet! As soon as I finish making it all pretty and polished, I'll give you the link (promise!).

In the mean time, I would super appreciate it, if you could hop down to that comment box below and tell me what you think. How interested are you in this website? Is there a specific topic you'd like to see? Do you have any questions for me? Just let me know in the comment box!

  1. I'm interested!! I think it's a great idea and I'm looking forward to following along. I think for me I'm working on figuring out who I want to be aside from what I'm "supposed to be" -- filtering that stuff out to see what's really there. And then I'll have to work on getting comfortable in what's left :)

  2. And that totally fits with your "decluttering project" too! Declutter your space, declutter your mind! Making space for what's important. It sounds very refreshing and energizing.

  3. Ooh, yeah! Heh, that does fit, doesn't it? :)

  4. Yep! And it's got me thinking how one reflects on the other. If you've got a jumbled mind, can decluttering your physical space make it easier to clear your mind? or vice versa? I know that when I'm feeling mentally stressed, some of my physical possessions can help calm me and reduce that stress.

  5. Oh, totally. There's a feeling of being more in control that comes with serious decluttering. Also, it's an easy way to create momentum for change in other areas of your life :)
